My name is Karinna Snelling. I completed massage school at Advanced Massage Therapeutics in April 2019. I became licensed by the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Massage Therapy in May 2019. License #248199. I am a certified Rock-Tape Kinesiology Taping and Medi-Cupping therapy practitioner. While it isn’t necessary to be certified in hot stone or aromatherapy, I’ve also taken many courses and am a practitioner of both.

My philosophy is that people are the experts of their own body, and I work with each person to facilitate their healing. I am passionate about massage therapy because I’ve witnessed how it has improved the lives of my clients. The energy exchange that happens from the moment my client begins to describe how they are feeling through the end of the massage is a trust that I don’t take lightly. 

I love being a part of helping people on their path to health and wellness. As I studied anatomy and really got into the nuts and bolts of how bodies should work when in optimal condition, I began to develop a true passion for massage therapy. I deeply believe in the “hands on” approach to wellness, which is how my business name came about.
